| Optional: Configuration You can run the pp3dConfig program. Rendering Modus: in the selection tab chose the one that has the highest values for color Depth, the highest Stencil and Alpha Bits. For nVidia cards those settings are typically 16 or 24 Bits color Depth, 8 Stencil Bits and 8 Alpha Bits. To have stencil shadows available on some nVidia cards you need to adjust your desktop color depth to 32 Bits. If you change your desktop color depth you also might want to change the configuration for PlasticPlanet 3D. Therefore run pp3dConfig from your Start/Programs/PlasticPlanet menu entries. |

Firewall Settings (for BETA2 and
newer) One single TCP port is used. Currently the Entrance-World is running on port 7000 as an outgoing connection from your PC. No other ports or network settings are necessary. Proxy settings ( if configured ) will be used as set with your IE. |
